These terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") state important requirements regarding your use of GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED website services and your relationship with GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with each accepted plan order submitted by you, any additional terms mentioned for your plan order, and the privacy policy, state the entire agreement between you and GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

The plan order will form part of the agreement only if acknowledged by GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED in writing or by email. You must agree to these terms and conditions in order to be eligible to use the portal or obtain services.

Definitions

Content Software, materials, solutions, services, and related information are collectively referred to as “Content.”
You “You” means you individually, or any person, employer, or company on whose behalf you are acting.
GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED All rights, title, or interest relating to the trademark are reserved by GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.
Certified Expert(s) Experts and specialists certified by GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED to perform the services under this agreement.
Services Any offerings entered into with GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED through the website or other official communication channels.
Materials Webcasts, downloadable files, white papers, FAQs, product information, quick reference guides, and similar content.
Software Any computer program, whether owned by GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED or a third party.
Per Incident Plan A services package offered by direct payment or signed contractual arrangement.
License Based Plans / License Tenured license plans active for a specified period and excluding incident-based plans.
Plan Order The plan order for purchase and sale of services, further governed by applicable purchase terms.
Supplier Any third-party service provider engaged for the provision of services mentioned in the Plan Order.
User An individual granted access by GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED through email, direct payment, or contract.

Submission of Plan Orders; Service Plans

You may order services by submitting Plan Orders through the website or by calling GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED. Once a Plan Order is accepted, you will receive confirmation through email. Upon acceptance, you will have a Service Plan.

Undertaking

Subject to these Terms and Conditions and plan-specific terms, GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED will address your queries using commercially reasonable efforts and provide appropriate solutions under the services.

Diagnosis and resolution may be attempted through chat, email, or any other method considered appropriate. All undertakings are subject to the limited warranty applicable to the services.

Payment

Services under any Plan Order will be available only after payment has been made according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order.

Certain plans may include service fees and/or activation fees payable annually or on a recurring monthly basis. Activation or setup fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the relevant Plan Order.

Renewal Policy

A License under the Recurring Payment Plan will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you notify otherwise. A License under the Annual Payment Plan will expire at the end of its applicable term and does not renew automatically.

Refund Policy

For license-based plans, a full refund will be issued if GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED has not been able to meet a single requirement within the first 15 days of the License.

If one or more requirements have been resolved, the fees for the License Service will not be refundable.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound contractually by this Privacy Policy.

1. Modification of Privacy Policy

Each subscriber’s use of services is subject to the fair use policy. If a user is found abusing the service, GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate the License or Services.

Linking

You may not create hyperlinks to any portion of the company portal, materials, or software posted therein.

Indemnity

Exclusions from Services

  1. Any item or activity not covered by a Plan Order.
  2. Service beyond the duration limitations identified in the Plan Order.
  3. Problems beyond the company’s control.
  4. Software or hardware outside the scope of the applicable Service Plan.
  5. Problems caused by misuse, accident, tampering, power issues, or incompatible accessories.

Third Party Products

The company may suggest third-party software or services. Such products are provided under the terms of their respective owners, and GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED makes no warranty regarding them.

Third Party Agreements

If you choose to use third-party services, your use will be governed by the terms of those providers. Such use is at your own risk and cost.

Limited-Service Warranty

GPT MOVIDU TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding services, materials, and software, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

If you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to allow re-performance of disputed services or re-download and reinstall the software, where applicable.
